    the room with balcony. the breakfast was good and had lots of meals. the staff were very very helpful and wonderfully friendly and were always there to help.

    Sadly, there was no elevator.

    It was a very nice stay, special and famous place. I loved the hotel, it was spacious and fairly clean, location was excellent close to the Old Town which is good. Delicious dishes were served at the gourmet restaurant.

    Everything at bellotto was fantastic! We had an amazing view of the building, and the staff were super cute. Our apartment in the tower was luxurious and clean, with fine views. Plus, our dog received a special bed and bowls tailored for her comfort. Loved every minute!

    Luxurious accommodations with fine views.

    The bathroom was absurdly small, and the shower over the bath was unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber. I struggled with a hairdryer that required continuous pressing to function. To top it all off, the confusing light switches made navigating in the dark a nightmare.
